    First of all im assuming that your insulating a suspended timber ground floor like jase the space. Its not breathable- you will need a 150mm clear gap below the joists with air bricks. rest the celotex on top of nails or clips or battens fixed to the side of the joists

    is it possible to get replacement freezer sections for the top of a small fridge freezer - while defrosting and hacking out ice the plastic casing was pierced and all the gas came out fridge cost about £150 - is it likely to be economical if parts are available??

    how about some library style 'Quiet Please!' signs on both sides :lol: I can only think that sealing up the double doors with a insulated studwall would be the fix. (if they are effectivly being used as separate houses han it should be fire separated anyway) are you in uk?(NI)?
