BG dont do fires? bet its a fire/bbu then = new boiler

check the microswitch on the cold water inlet, may be sticking after tap turned off, (will stop htg working) which should then mod. down thru thermistor.

Hall Sensor has a small Red LED which lights up when tap turned on, it can be unplugged to test out.

is it a onboard clock? not the most reliable of clocks, is so check the 2 wires that go to the switch.

this boiler doesnt have a pilot light? in the piccy whats the small orange button for then? :cry:

its one that you get if you ask nicely when you go on there training course and yes the way to get the pins position is when you get a replacement pcb you get a seet with em listed. By the way Im having a look at the new Logic boiler tomorrow

all it says in the Ideal book is "PCB links incorrectly fited" "re-fit links n correct order"

your pins on the PCB are wrong, if its been working ok in the past, then possibly a pin has come loose or not fully pushed home
