    How noisy are new shower pumps?

    You could fit it in the loft which will dull the noise but it's not advisable due to possible freezing. I have however fitted mine in the loft space due to the noise and so far it's been fine and that was 2 years ago.

    Get a pro in seriously, the injector valve is not standard. I went out to one last week, the customer had done that much poking about it cost half as much again to put it right than what it should of done.

    Yes the equalising valve will sort out the differential water pressure. Yes you should be ok with the water header tank, try and fit your pumps etc in airing cupboard, and make sure the hot feed to the shower is a single pipe run to the shower, don't tee off the hot water supply if you can...

    I always get the appliance in place and then pipe up to it. As suggested get yourself a flexihose for the copper pipe, and check that the rubber seals are in place properly on the plastic waste connections, sometimes sliding the nut onto the pipe followed by the rubber washer and the screwing it...

    Should be ok. I haven't been through your photo's but the tank above your cylinder will feed your hot taps, if you look in your loft you will notice another tank, this should feed your heating.

    Dick Turpin got hung for highway robbery, Severn trent get away with it !! They charged me £275 last month for the privalidge of me (not them), replacing an old clay drain into a plastic drain so i could build over the top of it with my house extension. Good luck !!
