    Yes, the wife does drape washing round and my floor is concrete - no air bricks as far as i can tell, has underlay with laminate flooring on top.

    Ronseal do an anti mould paint exactly for that - it has a biocide to stop mould growth. Also make sure you clean the area with a good mould/ mildew killer before hand to kill any fungal spores already hiding. Paints about a tenner for 1L though. but good stuff. :D

    But its only about 3 ft gap inbetween each support point- seems really costly and heavy and the insulation is too thick for the 4x2 to accommodate it. Do you think this may work?

    Does anybody have ideas for insulating the house to keep warm during winter? I have an end of terrace, (no cavity wall as its 1920's) and getting the loft insulated this weekend - anybody help regarding windows etc or anything else that may help. Thanks :D

    408 External Wall Sealant - Overspray! HELP!

    I have used a pressure sprayer to apply Everbuilds' 408 Exterior wall sealant to my house. Unfortunately it appears the wind caused some overspray to land on my car and i can not get the stuff off my windscreen- :evil: any ideas would be appreciated! Cheers :)
