I have base down and dwarf wall built 4mx4m and would like to use a tiled roof, I want to avoid brick pillars to support this, has anyone experience of using a steel frame and uprights these could be clad in UPVC in line with the windows which would then appear continuous, any suggestions please.

I suspect that the overheat stat is shutting the system down because the pilot light will not relight straight away,I assume it is waiting for cooldown before resetting??? water tank has water, any more ideas????

Just tried central heating and get the same result,noise is loud certainly sounds like overheating problem, but with central heating it shuts down in less than 60 seconds ????

My old [15years] worcester combi heatslave has started to rattle and bang when drawing hot water, can hear what sounds like gurgling a lot of air in the system, when this happens the pilot light goes out, can be relit after a while and can then go for days without a problem, suggestions please.

doitall thanks for your replies, I want to dig a general service trench ie gas water and electric, I need to dig it, put in duct or pipe and refill same day if possible so as not to obstruct access by others, who do I need that is qualified or what qualifications do they need to have to...

I am looking for ducting as I understood that I was not allowed to install the actual Gas supply pipe myself. If I am allowed that is perfect it will also save me the cost of ducting can anyone else confirm that I can install myself??

I would assume he meant floor tiles as he is going to LAY them. Is it not usual to fit worktops and then tile down to them, this will help to hide any out of square corners
