    pc problem (antivirus change)

There are removal tools for AVG Avast and Norton, I would run them all. Before that I would download Eusings Registry Cleaner and install it. Once that was done I would run all the removal tools one after the other, then run a registry scan and fix any problems it finds. There should be a safe...

    Cyber Security

Its possible that they are still there, I'd personally run a HiJackThis scan and post the output, then if nothings found run a Combofix scan as well.

    Protection expiring

Assuming that you mean internet security instead of just antivirus you'll need antispyware and a firewall as well. Also if you're removing kaspersky you'll need one of these removal tools (at the bottom) to make sure its removed properly: http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208279463

A full reinstall is a last restort, but since you're not giving any decent info theres no point in trying to help you. Go into the BIOS make the first boot device the cd-rom.

If you want to get to the bootom of what is filling up your harddrive then download FilePro. It will tell you what files are taking up the most space.

    wireless

Well if it connected and didn't prompt for a password you dont have one. You'll need to set one up, and I'd go for WP2-AES security.

All squares in Skype Help please

appdata is where programs sort info relevant for the user in question. Something has corrupted it so deleting it means that the program needs to write new user settings.

All squares in Skype Help please

OK. Exit Skype go to Start>Run and type Type: %appdata% delete folder "Skype" in the window that appears. Re-run Skype and log in as normal. That should fix it.

    Norton Internet Security or 360?

I personally wouldn't use either because there are free programs that do the job better. If I was going to pay it would be Kaspersky of Nod32 from eset. Dave they do it to make more money.

    Zone alarm alerts

Why have you got Avast running and AVG running?? You should only have one antivirus running at once. I'd remove AVG. If its ease of use you want with security to match comodo you should try PCTools Firewall.

The it sounds like something is wrong with the drive, have you tried dvd-r's dvd and cd RW's? Another brand of CDR. You need to trouble shoot it. As a last resort you could try updating the firmware.

    Tracker's and downloading!

Its old news, they target BT traffic because apparently it makes up the most traffic over their networks, unlike virgin who cap all traffic at peak times. Anyway this might be of some use: linky
