    Bet this system has never been brilliant since first being fitted. I always run 22mm throught he loft and drop down in 15mm (except on electric showers with 40amp breaker). no matter how long the pipe run and never had a problem.

    There is a set of codecs that covers most playback problems its called "Guardian Knot" It installs quite a few codecs, just make sure everything it asks you to do you say "YES" and it should cure most problems. Not sure if it's a freebie though or not, try a google on it.

    Also if you are on broadband, re-set your modem by unplugging for 1 minute then back in again, i know NTL connections are prone to this problem.

    if the fitting slides over the pipe snuggly, then yes you can do this.

    Try a multiquick flexible connector, it concertina's and allows all sort of angles to be used.

    Soz pal i know of no programme which does this due to copyright protections built into the programmes, when you load from CD the copyright protection is lifted because you are legally allowed to make a back up of discs. If you use a CD-RW disc to burn them too you are not wasting discs, and...

    Fernox leak sealer and similar.

    Not used this stuff as i prefer to replace. As far as i am aware it would block a "pin hole to air" but not in a cylinder coil, if a customer asked me to do this i would be advising to replace, because even after it's sealed i have heard within time it leaks again. I maybe way off the mark...

    Automatic bleed valve, available from most plumbers merchants. As advised above it could be because of lack of inhibitor causing gas.
