If there was water in the base there is a leak,Check all seals and also that the nut on the saltbox is tight.Also check pressure chamber is clean.

press 65 and 40 this will reset

You may find the capacitor at rear of the appliance is faulty (usually scorch mark around where supply enters) or your total earth leakage on the circuit is greater than the amount specified on breaker.(more than 30Mamps)

To reset appliance you press two buttons together usually 65 and 45 for 3 secs. see if that workd it should pump out for a minute. Then switch off then back on.

Check for continuity on the heater box as this may be the problem. If there is check the pressure chamber on the left is clear.

Check that the big nut inside appliance where you fill the salt container is tight as they can leak from there,

Is it filling with water or not ?also does it pump out easy way to check is put about 1 litre of water in base,reset appliance before start and check if it pumps out

if the brushes are ok, it will be an intermitant pump problem as these can become warn

You may find it is a pump or brushes problem. Check impeler on pump if it moves side to side and up and down then it may be this if it is not always pumping as appliance does not spin if full of water. Or it may just be the brushes on the motor itself

by removing the heater element

to release the door cord it is like a bike cable fitting so release the switch from the facia and then it should be made easier

the pump is easy as just check water empties on drain,as for the ntc it is abit difficult but you could put it on a 40 wash a check that it completes the cycle as long as it pumps out catch the water and temp test it.

check the flow of water entering appliance as although your pressure may be high on your tap but is it high at the tap for the appliance. If so I would ring Bosch as you got a guarantee

have you checked the NTC located in the heater itself. or the pump to check it pumps out as they wont spin if full of water.
