I have spare tiles that the previous owner has left in the attic. How easy are tiles to remove? Am I right in saying I would only need to remove the bottom row?

Yes our roofs down pipe is to the right. It was changed due to the felt ripping up in the recent storms. Should I just wait for the lower part to get 'dirtier' rather than jet wash? I know these photos don't justify what I'm saying but in daylight the colour mismatch is awful
