Magic setting for a pressure diff valve?

Hi I think they work the same, if pressure on one end is more than the preset limit on the valve it opens to form a connection? I've been playing with the pump, running it on the third triangle on the auto side. Although I might run them on setting two. I have a room stat also, the...

Magic setting for a pressure diff valve?

I've no real problem as such just questions. I've a heating circuit fed off a ESBE mixer valve, flow and return back to the boiler, TRV's on all radiators, All TRV's connected to the flow. Pump for the circuit is a Grundfos alpha2. As I've got TRV's on every radiator I've fitted a...

Domestic circuit breaker board - welding machine ?

I think if it was a common problem/issue then they would have, however given how rare it is I guess its not even an issue.

    Biomass boilers and thermal stores....

Will do. All the gear arrived today. managed to get a 300kg boiler through the house into its new resting place. Silo is built, just a few bits to bolt onto it, wire the external weather sensor and room thermostats back to it. I'll put some pics up when the rooms 'tidy' so you can see...

    22mm valve

I think its always worth checking valves. I looked at a push-fit 22mm iso valve, the actual hole through the middle was 7.8mm!!

3m is within permitted development rules, however its distance to next door might be an issue.

How long can a 'T' be

Im currently hanging radiators and plumbing for heat. The boiler uses mixer valves with a flow and return. Of what we could call the 'primary' flow and return circuit I need to run a T, I'm doing this in 22mm also before dropping the last 2m to 15mm. Whats the max length off the...

    Boiler circuit drawing....

If you look at the link you'll see its got a 187ltr integral buffer, 'back end' protection built in. It domestic designed from the off, its designed to cycle also too. Not totally conventional for biomass but very well regarded, very reliable, very efficient. All the protection valves are...

    Boiler circuit drawing....

I'm not 100% sure as its a new way of working to me. all the diagrams for their range of boilers that have integral/supplied mixing valves etc have 4 points on them. I'm guessing its something like this... http://www.esbe.eu/gb/en/products/controller-units/vrb140-cra110 I'm going...
