Right managed to find a flexi on eBay is the plug hole part 1 1/4 bsp is that right ?

Would a flexi pipe work with the current pipe ? Or are they a waste of time? That's my dads hands panel beater for about 40 odd years :)

not fitting any more isolator valves just the ones u see in the picture, the plastic inserts that go into the pipe? yeh the pipe work is already in for the shower mate

ok thanks john theres a thermostatic shower running as well would i then be better with this and adding a small bit of pipe onto it : would this cause less work?

There's 20 altogether including the living room as well so not to sure that's an option,don't think they give off that bad a light to be honest I know they get a lot of bad press on here

Well at the moment the lights that have been put in dont look as if they conform to anything very cheap and nasty looking. And defo no protection against moisture ill try measure the void tonight see what distance we have cheers guys

In work just now but ill post when I get in, could I run off the bottom junction box into the socket in top left out that and into the right one and out onto the next room ? Reason I ask is the bottom socket is plastered into the wall half way up for the telly, my dad just put one cable in so...

can this be done in this room as the rest of rooms are plastered and painted so dont want to disturb them, could someone modify my picture to show how to go about this? Thanks

It's the bedroom anyway so wouldn't be any major appliances from it, the socket is in the middle of the two at top moved along the wall a bit

Yeh a ring circuit, only problem is its very awkward to run a spur from another room
