    Phone your local skip company and ask how much dedicated skip for Chrysotile Asbestos is. Failing that, multi drop at tip once it's been wrapped and taped. I would also view a barn as commercial.

    Chippies cut wood, Roofers cover up their mistakes. Proper Carpenters are artists, and are what you need.

    If there is no coil in it, how is the water getting heated ? I habe a Rayburn doing mine, small tank to feed the heating circuit, through the coil in the tank.

    4x2 studs, breather/batten/cladding. 22mm cladding is strong enough. Insulate between studs, visqueen then osb.

    Yes, flange will need to sit 150mm above roof, which is how high sleeve of lead slate will be.

    Weathering slate, preferably lead, primed and felted in.
