you need to top the pressure up by the filling loop which should be just under the boiler. It is a silver flexible pipe with 2 valves on

Probably the flame rectification lead melted to the heat exchanger. Which requires you take the 4 main screws off the combustion cover. Gas safe engineer's job

Blocked plate 2 plate heat exchanger. Can be cleaned but it's a pain in the rear. Buy a new one

My bedroom door hinge has come loose and the door won't close properly. It is only loose on the door frame side, I have tightened the screws but within a day or two I am back to square one. Can anyone tell me a permanent fix for this other than splicing the door frame? Many thanx in advance

Does it make the same noise on hot water? Could be pump or fan

Just stick a small screwdriver of pen in the reset button mate. It will work no problems after that.

Which boiler do you have? Is it turned on and turned up high enough on the room thermostat?

Is it a new Ideal icos or an old ideal icos as there is 2 different pcb's so be carefull which one you buy.

Could be the PRV which is leaking or the pressure vessel knackered which is causing the PRV to release water. You will have a copper pipe on the outside wall, take a look and see if it losing any water.
