    Baxi duo tec 24HE - E133 Fault

    Did the person who serviced mess about with the gas valve, if so it could be gas valve settings (gas/air mixture) so may need analysing again and setting correctly. Other than that check electrodes and then replace gas valve.

    My full kitchen is tiled and I am now wanting it plastered. A plasterer has been and said he can unibond the wall and re-skim. Another plasterer said all tiles need to be took off or dot and dab. Can any one help me here please. Which is the better option?

    It is really best to drain down first but does depend on type of system and size of pipework. Eg if its a pressurised system then drain down is a must. If it's tank fed system and 8mm pipe then it's possible to do live or bung the tank to cause an airlock. How much are they charging you?
