The wall behind is breeze block I just thought getting the plasterer to dab out an area would allow me to tighten long screws going in to the breeze block better without cracking the plasterboard.

Does any one get the plaster to put more adhesive on the wall were you will need to fix something so you can get a better fixing without breaking the plasterboard. I.e were the boiler bracket will go.

Thanks, I have had problems fixing on someone else had fit before. Its on a new build house I haven't fitted them or done every thing else on the house everything else is sealed up. But no silicone on the shower pods. This made me wonder if they needed silicone or not.

When installing shower cabins do people tend to rely on the seals they come with to seal the cabin base to the walls or silicone as well?

Guessing you have answerd my question then it is best just used for gas as 1.5 its working pressure is 30mb. Were as water you can be talking above 5 bar

By low pressure do you mean up to 0.5 bar?

Has anyone got any info or links to info on using air to dry pressure test copper pipe?

So to work on a new build site installing boilers and gas pipework. You would need core gas and boilers? As CPA1 is combined with these two.
