    sounds like a partial blockage and smell coming out of faulty joint or seal. if u have a chamber get the pros in to firstly unblock blockage and use cctv to see the problem. Firstly though check sink trap isnt blocked first

    yes boys i have my part L and gas safe registered . All i was wondering if a customer didnt want a stat then are they in there rights to not have one even if i told to have one . the old couple say they only going to have the heating on 2 to 3 hours a day.

    i think it is the diaphram because rod seems to be stuck when u turn on hot water tap. could the problem with the rads be the pump.
