am afraid from what ur describing B.G are correct in this case if there isnt enuff water passing tho the boiler it will cycle, its in the small print in the gas contract that b.g dont cover power flushing. personally i think b.g prices are a bit of a rip so id get a quote else were 1st

saniflow is basicaly a pump ive see normal 32mm an 40 mm waste of baths an sinks in to these, pumps usually has a 25mm outlet to a drain so as long as you have a gravity fall from the bath an sink the pump will do the rest !

hi mate both prices are good the main is a baxi just badge up as a main. worchester have a better rep but they arnt what they used to be. id personaly go for the main as they less problematic.

german made good hot water an c/h fit em an forget ! they arnt the best looking boiler but they do the job !

personally i would look at 35 kw boiler build some redundancy in to the system that way if you upgrade any rads or there's some more demand you'll have sum back up. the modern boiler can be range rated an will modulate to what the demand is on the boiler.
