    Hot Water Cylinder -Female?

Bozzle, Yes probably, but you'll have to be very careful trying to get it out. Whereabouts are you, do you have a Screwfix or other merchants nearby. If you do then try and get your hand on a Salamader S flange as this gives you the option of male & femal connections to the cylinder...

    Is this correct order?

John, Yes it is a more belt and braces approach, but I assume you would only be using the same chemicals you are flushing with anyway. If you can get one try and get a pump connection adapter to hook up to the system with. Much easier than pi55ing about undoing a rad. Rico

    Is this correct order?

Hi John, Depends on what the HEX is made of, if ali then yes clean on its own, if not the leave in place and just clean as part of the powerflush. IIRC you could just put the hyperflush in the day before, don't think you need to leave it in for a week. Other than that, yes your order...

Sealed System / Tap install...advice needed

Hi there, Won't affect your boiler and you don't need to turn off cold inlet under boiler. Shut off your internal stopcock, open all cold water taps to drain pipework thru kitchen tap, chop pipe where required and fit your outside tap. Obviously you will need to also fit, double check...

    Rad pipes

Hi there, Another option may to use a "street" elbow from bottom of valve facing into the wall, that would give a very minimalist appearance as no actual pipework on show. Rico[/img]

    power shower pump

Mike, Ideally the pump should be as close to the HW Cylinder as possible, if it is easy for you to do then I suggest moving it. You would then also have to fit bleed vents to the highest point of the pipework i.e in your loft, to clear any future airlocks. Rico

    Overflow in main water tank

Mac, Those 2 are essentially the same valve, just made by different companies. If you look at your current valve and the last 2 you posted, on the top of the newer ones there is a plastic elbow on the top, thats where the water comes from. On yours it comes from the bottom. As for...
