no don't even try cutting the flexi hoses, if theirs too much bend on the flexi then cut the pipe below so it doesn't kink them. pushfit are simpilest for basic diy just make sure it's pushed fully onto the pipe, just fit your taps first before mounting the sink, unless it's allready mounted...

have you tried running the shower without any power to the pump for a few seconds? and then switching it on, doing this a few times

their won't be enough force to push the waste water up after all that :roll: stick a macerator on it if thats the setup you want, or just try it and see where the water goes

have you tried ringing the technical support of the pumps manufacturor, cos if youve done everything as it should be then it could be just the pump thats faulty?
