    waste does that option mean the waste its running under the end of the bath? if you planning to do it yourself it would be easier i reacon to keep the toilet where it is but if you post a pic of where it would be that might help. electrics, get someone in to do it especially in a bathroom...

    you should realy do it in 40 mm as suggested, it will deffinatly block in 22mm pipe, 40mm washing machine pipe gets bunged up anyway so 22 is pushing it

    yes it should be left on auto. the whineing rad could be the pin sticking on the trv you could try re-greasing it, or if need be replace it.

    anybody got any ideas???? one suggestion was waste out the left hand wall down to the floor then dig out the floor and connect to the existing stack when eventually reaching it. any body see any problems with this? the only problem i could see was the bend but if it's on a gradient...

    levelling a bath

    put a spirit level on top of the tub and get it straight, you don't have to raise it at one end for it to drain as it's allready angled towards the drain. just make sure it's level.

    it's best not to have it buried into the wall in case you need to have acsess to it, but it its a must, then put it in some conduit and plaster over, so that the pipe doesnt crack the plaster

    if it's going to be in your loft, and the same height or higher than your tank, then you will require a negative head pump. a manual air vent lets any air out of the pipes which can cause problems with pumps.
