have you carried out the diaphram repair yourself or did you get an engineer in? if you have no running hot water at any tap, it sounds like you or the engineer may have not turned the main water back on at the boiler isolation valve. if an engineer done the work get them back.

This should not happen, must be a wiring fault, ie pump permanently wired, be sure that is running "continuosly" and not on pump overrun, which will shut down after either a time delay or after acheiving below a certain water temperature, not 100% sure which way on this model. Fault seems...
