Hi It sounds like you have blocked pipe run. My guess would be a limescale blockage. Do you have limescale prevention treating the incoming water to the boiler and is it working as it should? HTH

Hi Expansion of the pipe rubbing against wood is one cause. Another cause could be the TRV . Also the radiator may be loose on the brackets. HTH

Hi They can be tricky but not impossible. My advice would be to find someone who has done it before and introduce them to your customer providing if they get the work you can learn and earn alongside them.

Hi Your choice of replacement is governed by the pipe centres. This is the distance between the hot and cold pipework and only those showers that meet what you have will be of use without changing the pipes. To help futher more info on the rest of your system layout is required. HTH

Hi This will only work if they are newer rads with a blanking and a bleed valve nut at each end. Shut the rad valve at each end off. Open the bleed valve leave open until it stops draining. Now remove the nut on the end. Water will need catching in bucket. Fit a 15mm elbow into the...

Hi That is what you do. Follow manufacturers instructions. Support it well and the sink will be ok. I do it with a punch but i've never tried the nail.

Hi The leak is probably from the cartridge seal. There are 4 screws that hold this in place and they are held in by inserts in the plastic body. Too tight and the screw will pull the insert out of the body. These are not cheap to repair as you have found out but are very good showers. HTH

Hi Is the head section of the TRV secure? If the head section is loose tighten it, if it is tight undo and remove it and check the pin as not broken. Do you have a simular TRV on another rad change them over and see if the fault changes rad. HTH
