    Nope dont worry about that, the pipe goes in the trap about an inch so you'll need that much movement to pull it out.

    You'll need movement in the pipe to be able to get that out, be warned if it is backed up and you pull the pipe out of that trap water will go everywhere.

    You could try tightening the 2 allen key bolts on the pump head otherwise its new pump time. The pumps do get really hot in use anyway. Cylinder in the loft?? I think you'll find it will be a cold water storage tank or a feed and expansion tank, if its overflowing you need to get it looked at..

    The warrenty depends on if your installer is registered with the manufacturer, as for controls at the very least it will need a clock and a room stat, these can vary from £30 - £300 depending on what your having.

    The pressure for the radiators is not connected to the mains water pressure, if you top it up and it then drops then you either have a leak somewhere or the expanssion vessel (red one) is knackered or the prv on the heating is letting by.

    That would be 1" and 1/2" pipework, an 837 consumes about 3.5m3 from memory, your existing pipework wont be big enough.

    Yeah I dont think you can get a 3/4 wp elbow, will have to be a bent 3/4 female iron, well supported on some 3 x 2 or something like that..

    You may have to put some extra studs or noggins in and hold it on the pipework.. I wouldn't use flexis they often reduce the internal diameter of the pipe quite a lot which isn't good for shower performance...
