google search hep vo seems like your u bends are losing the water seal that is supposed to stay in them and flies from the sewers are coming up them, they sit in the pipes when u turn the water on and disturb them they fly out. you need to find out why you are losing the seals , but in the...

fairy liquid, put sum on ur finger then wipe of excess silicone

chek the spout, if there is any debris blocking the water

u can get a fitting which u can cut the steel pipe anywhere and tighten up, its similar 2 a compression fittting only slightly bigger

if cold supply is off tank why not try the triton t80s1 its a pumped electric shower

have you got a strainer fitted before the prv, may be some debris stuck in prv.take it off and clean and see if it works
