Hi, its a house my brother is looking to buy. There is an immersion tank in the house and there appears to be a timer control there which has seperate settings for heating and water.

Hi, anyone able to give me some details on this very old wall mounted boiler. Does it just supply heating or hot water as well. There is a Red Coloured Flexicon 8/0.5 Expansion Tank under the sink, what function does this have in relation to the boiler. First Post, thanks Artey
