    I have a depth of 15 mm available for a ceramic tiled floor to be laid but we would like cable underfloor heating .Is it essential to have insulation as this will make the height too much.Any recommendations on makes etc. thanks

    Whenever I paint emulsion (on a ceiling) I end up with very pronounced overlap marks.I have tried overlapping the 'wet edge' a little and a lot but it doesn't seem to make any difference.Would it help if the paint had a little water added to make it 'wetter'. Any advice would be helpful Thanks
