It does sound as the plate heat exchanger is blocked. If the heating is not getting hot, than I'd be inclined to check the fillter in the return isolator on the central heating pipework. (hope it is fitted on the return and not the flow)

You will only get heating and no dhw when the actuator motor is removed.

Have you checked the pressure in the expansion vessel ? It shoul be .7 to 1 bar depending on the manufacturers instructions.

It's a common fault on the condensing microgenus. If the burner has lit and you can still see the spark electrodes sparking, than it's the main pcb, that's provided you've checked the rectification probe/lead. However there's more to it than just changing the pcb, there are other adjustments...
