Hi All, I've removed the architrave around the window, added a stop bead and plastered up to it, but how do I finish this so it looks neater? My first thought was to slap some wood filler in as the window recess is wood lined. Thoughts would be very much appreciated.

The water has started leaking through the pull out handle ‍♂️. Took it apart today, washers all look good so no idea what's going on.

It looks like the t&p valve is rated at 7 bar. All the taps in the house are mixers.

There's a valve on the drain which is odd but it's open so no issues. Could the problems be caused by an unbalanced supply? Mains pressure is 7-7.5bar, no other prv fitted on incoming mains. If that is an issur how can the system be balanced? Is this done via the inlet valve?

It's only 6-7 years old in a soft water area. Yes it's been maintained. The alternative is knocking down walls and £1000+ for a new cylinder plus install It's a william wilson 250ltr tank which I believe comes with a 25 year no leak warranty. Anyone any experience with this?
