How do I finish this window surround?

Hi All, I've removed the architrave around the window, added a stop bead and plastered up to it, but how do I finish this so it looks neater? My first thought was to slap some wood filler in as the window recess is wood lined. Thoughts would be very much appreciated.

Hi, There's a crack which runs down the roof line and velux window. I've had a plasterer in who taped and filled but the cracks come back again. I've had a other guy out who said only guaranteed way is to remove all the plasterboard, put mire supports in, fix board to that and replaster...

It's dripping, so I can easily replace the cartridge however, it's also leaking from the pull out bit to divert the water to the shower head. Is there anyway to repair this or is it a...

Septic tank / Drainage field help please

Hi, I moved in to my house 2 years ago, property is now around 7 years old. Recently I had the Klargester septic tank desludged. The guy emptying it said the tank didn't look great as a large volume of liquid was pouring back from the drainage field, suggesting the drainage field was blocked...

Unvented cylinder leak. Experts only - is anything wrong? (Ed.)

I'm almost certain the back pressure is the problem. After doing a bit more research I have a hissing tap and no non return valves fitted on the mixers. Is the hissing tap the faulty mixer or could that just be a symptom? After a plumber flooded my kitchen from.the main 3 times I'm reluctant to...

Unvented cylinder leak. Experts only - is anything wrong? (Ed.)

There's a valve on the drain which is odd but it's open so no issues. Could the problems be caused by an unbalanced supply? Mains pressure is 7-7.5bar, no other prv fitted on incoming mains. If that is an issur how can the system be balanced? Is this done via the inlet valve?

Unvented cylinder leak. Experts only - is anything wrong? (Ed.)

Long story short I've had issues with the hot water tank leaking either from the tundish, from the fittings or now from the element. It's 8 years old, both the prv and t&p have been replaced, expansion vessel tested and repressurised but the problems won't go away. After both hot and cold water...

Hw cylinder im guessing this isnt good

It's only 6-7 years old in a soft water area. Yes it's been maintained. The alternative is knocking down walls and £1000+ for a new cylinder plus install It's a william wilson 250ltr tank which I believe comes with a 25 year no leak warranty. Anyone any experience with this?
