Sorry all I need help again please! I have collected the new handle for my door but dont know how to put it back on the pin spring and catch part, I know I should have taken notice but the pin spring etc just come off so quick. Thanks Lisa

Please can somebody help me? The door wont open the handle part seems slack. This happened once before when it was under warranty but I don't know what the guy did to fix it. Can anyone tell me how to get into the door area of the machine please, I have already removed the top. Thanks Lisa
