Ok theres some white sealant around a pipe and.it has gone abit green

Can silicone sealants corrode copper? I have seen it turn copper green, so is it just corrosive as it is setting?

Or cost guessing its cheaper to wrap then buy with coating?

What do you tend to.Use when encasing a copper pipe in a wall chase coated copper or do you tape with pvc electrical tape with a 50 % over lap just personal preference. I suppose ?

Thanks so do you set the bath to the correct height for fitting bath panel. Put the bath in place and mark the bottom rim that will sit on to the wood. Remove bath draw a level line around and install wood say 3mm below the line so there's some room for silicone.

Thanks it was mainly alpha's and ideal logics that were getting installed. Anyway like said I won't need to take any covers off the boiler to swap a radiator just turn it off and on after I have refilled.
