No easy way, if its buried then an air compressor, if its surfaced and not too far a run, then you could disconnect both ends, remove section and clear out, if you've got oil past the filter then a section of pipe is defo blocked. Is the tank steel or plastic

If the Manhole gets blocked, you could get effluent back up the waste pipe. Best to do it in 110 with a P trap, with waste to gully

Your existing Inspection cover will be room sealed to prevent any smells from it, if you compromise it then you could end up with a smelly kitchen, best to seek a Builders advice.

The inlet filters are there for a purpose, to stop crud getting into mixer. Just keep cleaning them out, the crud in your system may disappear in time

Its probably been caused when valve has been shut and then opened again after carrying out remedial works. Sounds like a leak on the valve spindle, best get a Plumber in and renew valve for a lever type.
