Any ideas where I can get the circuit from. This boiler sometimes will not fire up, has a red light until I turn the control clockwise, then it is ok for a while. Help apreciated .. Flounder

Well said Felix. Fit a room stat, otherwise when the rads shut down the the water cannot cool the boiler jacket. The dynamic range of the gas jet is not much and it cycles constantly ... Flounder

What purpose the bypass? If the rads shut down there is no didipation therefore the mad hot water goes back to the jacket which relies on the overheat stat. hence the constant cycling on/off. :wink: IMHO Flounder

Best to oversize, if it looks good. You can always turn it down but not up. Also if there are kids about a big radiator runs cooler. :idea:

An Intermitant fault! Sometimes will not fire up but the pump is running, also a red light is on, above the normal green one. If I turn the main control knob to the 1o'clock position it fires up and the knob can then self centre. It can be ok for weeks then just before we decide to go away it...
