Thanks the memset box is in the garage and wylex in the house the cables in the house are black rubber cable and the garage is mostly in metal conduit it is old Thanks again

hi I was wondering how old people's boilers are mine is about 35 years old a baxi Bermuda with old style gas fire still going strong don't like combis so wont be replacing it in the near future thanks

as the system has no power you can just cut the wires but not the MAINS cable to it make sure it has been isolated at the fused spur the open the cover and remove the wires cut them back to the length you want and remove from the wall then get a proper system installed hope this helps

hi unfortunately there will be no way to stop the external bell sounding and yes you will have to reprogram the zones it would help if you have a zone list but the reset will probably resolve the problem if not then try the old keypad hope this helps

you should have powered down the system fully as you have probably crashed it and it may now need an nvm reset

fitted fuse and original back plate and works perfectly now have lights thanks for all your help

it depends on how many cores pir's need at least 4 excluding tampers bell box 5-6 core but you should be able to use it for alarms but not the external bell box hope this helps
