    is there an easyier way to hang pre pasted wallpaper.it says to submerge in water for 45 seconds then take out and leave to soak for 4 minutes then hang,but would it do any harm just to paste them anyway and forget about submergeing them. :)

    ive got a ceiling which has some nasty cracks in it which look like the joins in the plasterboard. its going to be lined but i was wondering if i should use scrim or jointing tape over them first ,if so whats the best way to do this :)
