    When I replace bottom entry and sometimes side entry ball valves, 1. I often get a leak at the plastic -copper joint. What is the secret to avoid such leaks. 2.Sometimes I also get a leak from the cistern where it exits the ceramic cistern.Once again what is the secret to avoid leaks...

    If the immersion is not switched on,there would still be water coming out of the hot taps albeit cold water. There is no boiler in the house.

    There is very little or no hot water coming out of all taps in a house why? There is no central heating in the house,there is no airlock,the taps are all fine and there is water in the tank. All help appreciated
