    Stoday, I think it's that we are reading this differently, and perhaps we need NoddingDonkey to clarify it.. Yes he is saying the lights are OFF..but then he says that. Now perhaps I have read this as he means the light switches are off and the POWER is off to the other circuits..or...

    I always thought the grass was greener on the other side because the old fool that lives in the house used a hose pipe despite the hose pipe ban, so his grass was watered and yours was not.. hhhmmmm, think I'll shut up now. :lol:

    Hi everyone, I hope someone can answer this for me. I have bought some electrically operated blinds, they are internally fitted security blinds and made of metal. Each blind has a small electric motor which is 230V and 120W. I want to know if it would be ok to power these from my ground floor...
