lol ok sorry just checking just some people dont realise they flow switch as well.not too sure on the instant but sounds like maybe the pcb thinks it needs to preheat the water all the time.even when its up to temp
yes i agree but if you read the initial post the question was will it be live when hot water on.the answer is yes unless you want to tell him no and let him find out the hard way
strange one look forward to the answer to this one .when u changed the thermistors you have put them in place i hope not just left them hanging as this makes a difference
you can do both fit a good combi and still have tanks just plumbed as a s plan .then you can have good pressure on your shower n leave the kids on the tanks lol
in reply to westbrom yes am a sparky.but what is the first thing any boiler engineer tuns to a multimeter!!.modern boiler is 80 electronics n 20 mechanical.most boiler breakdowns are due to bad plumbers instalation n that is a fact sorry
am a breakdown engineer been off the tools for years and i agree past baxis have been very poor but they got it sorted with the duo tec.sorry but they so simple to fix n reliable.ask any big time installers aka the staywarm installers they choose duo.tec over worster or ideal everytime.
they all get inspected just they run very late behind the installers.i ment which company installed the boiler. am one of the inspectors so know it will be looked at eventualy
cant speak for the worster boiler thats up to you.but duo.tec is a cracking boiler and has proved very reliable our firm fit ten a week and we swear by them
was this a boiler fitted under the staywarm /eager grant system?.sounds like a very slight leak on the flue n air trapped in pump.amazingly some plumbers dont know how to bleed them pumps.n sorry but bad choice of boiler
