    There is a water softener but when that is turned off it makes no difference. We are not on a hill. As far as I am aware there is no open pipe.

    Neighbours are fine. Thames water have measured water pressure and ok.

    Over the last six months we have lots of air coming out the cold water taps. Two plumbers we have called dont know why! Please help.
