    EcoFlam Oil Fired Boiler, Buzzing?

Fan motor... If the fuel and pump is disconnected, you can fool the photocell to allow it to run longer. The photocell needs total darkness then light when it's supposed to fire. I.e the click of the solenoid. I'm not familiar with your model. It this may be possible with a finger...

    EcoFlam Oil Fired Boiler, Buzzing?

I'm guessing the buzzing is the fuel solenoid opening fuel line, then due to photocell seeing no flame, lockout. So you will problaby be getting a small amount of fuel dribbling out the nozzle. It really doesn't sound healthy, my guess would be the motor(fan)

BG want to upgrade pipework from 22mm to 28mm

Boiler manual States 22mm flow and return, no mention of using 28mm. So....where has the 28mm come from? http://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/cache/file/444/installation-and-servicing-instructions-for-greenstar-i-system--manufactured-from-jan-2013.pdf

Aqualisa Digital Shower - Pressure issue?

Ah..well you need a new un pumped shower then. Although if it was me, I would take the cover off and disconnect the pump from inside and see how it goes.

Nest with 3 port valve system

As you have a wireless thermostat, you will need to plug the nest into the supplied adpator. This is to charge the internal battery in the nest. If you had a wired thermostat, the original thermostat wires are used to power the nest from the heat link via 12v.

    Adding second shower help.

I'm sure your right on the 25mm. It's a UV hot water cylinder. All my experience is in vented cylinders and pumps in 22mm. I don't know what aqualisa recommend for the feeds.

    Adding second shower help.

I don't know without looking but I'm pretty certain it's 22mm to the tank from the mains. It's a new build.

    Adding second shower help.

I believe in doing things properly, each with there own supplies form 22mm feeds. But to save time and money, I would prefer to take the easier option if it will work. :P
