Agile, Thanks for this helpful information. To comment on the other two postings. Have either of you guys ever tried to get a grant? I earn £15K p.a I don't qualify for one!!! I am trying to pay a mortgage, feed myself etc.... This does not leave much leftover I can assure you. Most DIYers...- workingman
