    one of the not so good days

    Thoughts with you today mate My other half's father passed away when in his late 40's, she was in her 20's - she is 50 now and bit scared - in past 18 months she has had mild heart attack (which is what killed her father), arthritis in shoulder, fractured elbow and gall stones

    My friend was over in London from Northern Ireland at weekend and brought me local paper - which I thought a bit odd until I opened it and my 13 year old sons photo was in it for prize giving at school - I was proud as punch - my lad had told me he got prize but didn't mention the picture
