Just wondering what a standard quote for a rewire would normally include. How many sockets, lights etc would I expect to get before needing to pay for extras? Is there like a standard list you would normally supply? The house has all the floors and ceilings open for instant access.

Thanks Tony..so even though I am ripping everything out and replacing with new plasterboard and installing the ensuite this still doesn't give him any rights to insist on fire regulations?
