Only problem I foresee is that the inner leaf of the wall cavity construction is wimpey no fines which I feel may make it difficult to get a fixing with any of these methods, any other suggestions.

I would say it is more fine than I would expect to find in my garden. As far as depth of top soil goes there are areas of the intended lawn that are nothing but sand about 3-4inches deep and none of it pure soil but rather a mixture which is more sand than soil. I will try to include some photos

when carrying out earth bonding to copper pipes under the kitchen sink would bonding back to the earth connection in a close socket be sufficient?

Is it necessary to use tile paint for this job or would gloss paint do just as well, not as many available colours in the tile paint. Or is there any other alternative paint.

The method that has been used is free air I suppose, it runs down the back of kitchen units then approx 3metres along the floor and into a double socket. I could likely replace it without too much trouble. It is the supply for a washing machine and fridge.
