you could also use a Hepv0 without the knuckle adpater, however it sounds like it would be too long for it to work in your situation

    Extractor fan Position

I believe the regulation is that you just have to have forced ventilation or a window, the fan can be anywhere. The fan needs to be rated for the appropriate permitted zone. quick google search shows lots if links with pictures to what the zones are...

    Cats in the garden ....

those things are audible to adults as well and are particularly annoying. My neighbour in my old house had one and it didn't stop mine or any other cats from entering his garden. His garden in bloom was great but unfortunatly all the beds just look like giant toilets to cats. I did my...

if it's flaking you might have to remove all of it otherwise it will just crack at a later stage. i had a flaky paint problem so removed loose paint back to what I htought was good, gave it a good sand and then smoothed the surface using jointing compound. I've noticed that a few other...

    22mm pipe bending problems

tried bending some copper pipe into 90 degree bends using a spring but it seems to bulge in the inside and then splits on the outside. The first one i tried bending round my knee, the second one I bent around a telegraph pole in case i was using too short a radius. Any ideas what's wrong...

Boiler stopped - condensate pipe frozen?

even easier is to disconnect the condensate pipe from underneath the boiler, place a bucket underneath to catch the liquid, get your boiler going. then de-ice the pipe later or wait until it thaws, better than being cold while you try and fix it. i had this problem which BG did not...

    Installing a balustrade

I did this exact thing. the only difference between mine and yours is that i didn't have a brick wall to the side of my stairs. Because my stairs were narrow like yours and I didn't feel skilled enough to notch the newell to slot over the string (and also because i didn't need a handrail for...
