    have you got a picture of it at all? its just there are diffrent eurosec keypads for diffrent models and they don`t all work with diffrent panels. so a picture would be helpfull or the full model name would help ie/gardtec eurosec ??????

    i couldn`t find a manuel for yours but i did find a model like it. it says to turn the chime on/off press * key zones on chime will now light up press the zone numbers you wish to switch on/off press * key to finish. hope that helps
