thanks for the answers! in the end nothing was wrong with it, the water company had turned off the water supply for the entire road and just hadn't told us, so I was running round like a fool wondering what I'd done wrong and it turns out nothing ! thanks for your help though, most appreciated

Hi. Was having problems with my toilet flush so turned off water supply in kitchen, .fixed the issue with the flush but now I cant get water supply back on! Please see the attached picture in my album, basically ive not touched the stop cock to the right but have turned both the blue taps...
