peugeot aren`t like other dealers they don`t have a master key, (the red one), you can go to a local guy and get a key cut and programmed like a locksmith or a service station with a diagnostic machine that will programme keys, much cheapness.

    Painting outside windows

give them a rub down first so the paint will adhere to the old stuff making sure all the flakey bits come off, and paint them with a good exterior wood paint, you could also mask up the glass if your hands are not that steady, but i just usually use a stanley blade to scrap off the paint afterwards.

    Transferring a Registration Number ...

had no problems transferring my plate, didn`t come out to look at it at all, i think they just put that in the small print to cover themselves, as long as you are the owner i don`t see it being a problem.

    Windscreen Repair Kit...

in my experience diy windscreen kits are pants, and if the mot tester has a god complex, which most of them have, he`ll be failing it again, look through the yellow pages at local windscreen repairers, a lot cheaper than the big names, or if its an older car, ie, not bonded, a scrap yard some...

    Pug 206 Problem

    Ford KA water problem

you need to know where the water is coming in from and stop it, the best way is to hose the areas around where the water is laying, one person in the car to watch where it is ingressing, or just chuck a goldfish in it and have a very expensive bowl.

    Best Filler

i personally like to use joint cement, it`s used for filling in between tapered edge plasterboard, but i use it on everything even wood, you can get it ready mixed or in bags you mix yourself, and it`s really easy to rub down, if your filling really deep holes in walls, apply in layers.
