    Absolutely no way that a 25mm^2 cable (or anything close to it) would fit in the terminals of a socket-outlet. 6mm^2 would be about the absolute maximum that would fit (assuming no second cable).

    The 16th Edition had no RCD requirements for bathrooms (though protecting electric showers wasn't uncommon). The 17th Edition brought in the bathroom RCD requirements. However supplementary equipotential bonding was mandatory under the 16th Edition. (Back when we used to call ADS EEBAD).

    Not personally a fan of the Ohme because of the prewired nature and external junction box. I have a Zappi myself.

    I believe it moved to Guidance Notes/Design Guide. It doesn't actually appear in BS 7671 anymore. That's not to suggest that it shouldn't be applied.
