update powered on and off cos no hot water now a f13 error and f11 following it

after messing about and straightening the flexi house a little the boiler all kicked into action and working fine at the moment - i changed the 1.25amp fuse on the pcb to a 3 amp as this blew originally - should i replace this to 1.25 asap?

cheers the rpz valve seems to be releasing water if i attempt to fill it, also can the pressure release valve be reset or are do they have to be replaced?

any help needed :(
