Your not going to want to hear this My gut feeling is that its the pipework in the floor has got pinhole in it somewhere If it was the expansion vessel then top pressure up to 1bar when cold ....... turn heating on and see where pressure rises to should go up to about 1.5 bar ... ish...

if its made by Glowworm then it is to good to be true ............. Aviod IMHO Go with a system boiler (Worcester, Valliant) and 250litre unvented if the pressure and flow are good ...... Job done and youve entered the 21st century

Gut feeling is that its air in the pipework Try running the shower without pump on for 5-10 minutes then turn pump on for 5 secs then off for about a minute repeat this for 5-10 minutes As has been said its most probably air ...........

They are just good old fashioned high and low pressure cut off switches Low pressure was for when the system was obviously low The high pressure was not for over filling but for if the expansion vessel went ........... I would assume this system is about early 80s when expansion vessels...

As an installer Im biased towards Worcester as you can get a 7 year warranty and Worcester have got a proven track record of honoring there warranty BUT if im honest the installer and the installation are more important than the make of boiler ........... a poor installation can make a good...
